He is authorized to prepare aspiring Meta-Coaches for the coaching mastery bootcamp through courses on Coaching Essentials and Coaching Genius. As a leadership facilitator, he has been commissioned to be the Philippine facilitator of various leadership studies sanctioned by the University of Michigan School of Public Policy and the University of California - San Diego.
