ALVIN SAMSON, ACMC is the leading advocate of Completed Staff Work in the Philippines, having mentored thousands of professionals, managers, and executives in the management doctrine of CSW. He is the President of Cornerstone Leadership and Strategy Consulting, Inc. and has over 15 years of training experience in the specialty areas of leadership development, strategic planning, change, personal mastery, and team effectiveness. ALVIN is an internationally credentialed Meta-Coach and Modular Trainer licensed by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics and the Meta-Coach Foundation. He is also a Certified DiSC® Facilitator for leadership and Team Dimensions® Facilitator for innovation. He was commissioned multiple times as Philippine facilitator of leadership studies sanctioned by the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and the University of California San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy.
TESSAM CASTILLO, MSc is Cornerstone’s resident expert in the practical application of CSW, having directly experienced performing CSW under four Philippine presidents in her over 20 years of government service. She has been designated in various management and executive posts as Director in the Presidential Management Staff, Executive Director in the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (now, Philippine Commission on Women), Undersecretary of DILG, Undersecretary of DENR, and Chief of Staff in the Office of Senator Tessie Aquino-Oreta. On her retirement, she continued her advocacy serving as consultant in Social Housing Finance Corporation and maintained her engagement with civil society organizations.
