Public agencies are mandated to yield high customer satisfaction rating at a time of partnering for change. Private companies rely on their customers for revenues and long-term success. This program offers an inside-out approach to ensure a fresh way of thinking and behaving as service providers.

Ms. Amormia R. J. Rosales, or “Myya”, is CORNERSTONE’s Associate Consultant and Meta-Coach. She has completed her international certification through the Advanced Management Program of the Southeast Asia Business Studies (SEABS) of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). She specializes in Career Coaching, Personality Development, Relationship Counseling, Customer Service, Transformational Leadership, and Public Speaking. She is often invited as a resource speaker in various fora and conventions. She alsoregularly gives talks on Career Growth Series at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
As a former University Professor and a founding member of the Speakers Circle, Coach Myya is an effective communicator, connects well with her audience, and possesses a great sense of humor, often interjecting fun into learning.
