PROGRAM BRIEF
Well-written memos, letters and emails reflect positively on the organization’s corporate culture and values, enhance employee productivity and guarantee the expected positive results and action. Thus, the Effective Business Writing Program is a competency-based program where participants will be evaluated based on two key competencies: comprehension and writing.

By the end of the program, they will be able to:

• organize and present facts and ideas clearly in correctly formatted-memos, letters and email;
• demonstrate an understanding of writing principles through analysis and improvement of actual memos, letters and email;
• identify and correct common errors in English grammar and writing; and,
• boost confidence in using the English language to reduce time spent in writing.
